Make a simple stirfry with your favorite veggies, proteins and a basic stirfry sauce: In a glass measuring cup, whisk together 1/2 cup water, 3 tbsp. tamari, 1 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar, 1 tbsp. grated and peeled fresh ginger, 1 tbsp. superfine sugar, 2 tsp. pressed fresh garlic (about 2 cloves, peeled and crushed with a garlic press), 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. Asian sesame oil, and Asian hot sauce (such as Sriracha) or crushed red pepper flakes to taste, if desired. Add to a stirfry in last 2 minutes of cooking.
Prepare Chuka Soba noodles from KA-ME or ramen noodles from Marchuan (discard the seasoning packet) according to package directions. Drain and toss with a small amount of sesame or chile oil.
