Filled Pasta with No-Cook Sauce

We've got the antidote for last night's heavy meal: vegetarian pasta with a no-cook sauce. Add some leftover turkey only if you’re in the mood.

Find Nuovo Agnolotti in the Dairy Department. This cracked black pepper pasta is filled with porcini mushrooms and pairs beautifully with Cibo Naturals Sundried Tomato Pesto from the Deli Department. Other flavors, including traditional pesto and lemon artichoke, are also available.

Toss 3/4" cauliflower florets with a bit of olive oil and a generous amount of roughly chopped garlic; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 450°, until the cauliflower starts to get dark on the edges and is tender when pierced with a fork.
