Grilled Rib-Eye Steak
GRILLED RIB-EYE STEAK
Rub rib-eye steaks with Kowalski's North Woods Grill Seasoning. Grill steaks over high heat 10-14 minutes or until steak reaches desired doneness (135° is medium-rare), turning once when dark grill marks form on the first side, then again when grill marks form on the second side and occasionally thereafter. Remove from grill and cover with foil to rest for 5-10 minutes. (Note: Temperature will rise 5° after being removed from the heat; consider your desired final internal temperature when removing meat from the grill.)
Brush pineapple wedges lightly with Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Grill over high heat, covered, until pineapple is nicely charred (about 6 minutes per side).
