Simple Greek Salad

Summer isn't over until you say so. Put fall on hold with this light and refreshing main course salad.

Top prewashed mixed greens with grape tomatoes, sliced red onion, cucumber slices, Kalamata olives and tangy feta cheese crumbles and toss with Panera Greek Dressing. In a real rush? Stop by the Salad Bar in the Deli Department to pick up your salad fixins'. Add rinsed and drained canned white beans and/or chopped cured Boar's Head meats for your heartiest eaters.

San Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water is a refreshingly bubbly alternative to spring water.

Whisk a bit of plain yogurt with honey and a few drops of orange juice until it is pleasantly sweet and reaches a drizzling consistency. Drizzle over slices of fresh pound cake from the Bakery Department. If desired, serve with sliced fruit or berries and toasted coconut or chopped or sliced nuts.
