Steak & Mushrooms
Grill your favorite cut to your desired doneness and pair with some simple sautéed mushrooms. Just toss any variety of clean, sliced mushrooms in a hot skillet with a bit of olive oil, butter or both. Stir until they're dark golden on the edges and nicely tender. Season with Kowalski's California Sea Salt and Kowalski's Whole Black Peppercorns, both freshly ground.
