Sushi Supper

SUSHI
Pick up a Chef Sampler, made fresh daily in every store with varieties to satisfy everyone. Maki, nigiri, raw and cooked seafood and vegetarian rolls are available, as are riceless and no-nori rolls.

COLD PEANUT NOODLE SALAD
Prepare 8 oz. lo mein noodles according to package directions; drain and cool. Toss with 1 ½ tbsp. toasted sesame oil. Refrigerate until cold (1-4 hrs.). Whisk ½ cup peanut sauce, 2 tbsp. dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. rice vinegar, 1-3 tsp. chile-garlic paste to taste and freshly ground Kowalski’s Black Peppercorns to taste. Toss noodles with sauce. Garnish to taste with fresh chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.

GINGER COOKIE
