Tilapia Fillets with Lemon Sauce
TILAPIA FILLETS WITH LEMON SAUCE
Coat with seasoned flour; sauté in small amount of butter over medium heat until fish turns white and coating is golden-brown. In separate small skillet over medium heat, simmer 6 tbsp. dry white wine, 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice and 3 tbsp. minced shallots until reduced by 3/4. Stir in 1 tbsp. heavy cream; remove from heat and whisk in 1 stick butter until sauce is creamy and white. Serve over fish.
