Widmer’s Aged Brick Spread is produced in Theresa, Wisconsin, by Widmer’s Cheese Cellars. This creamy cheese spread was awarded 1st place in its category at the 2023 ACS Judging & Competition. Made from a blend of aged brick (a Wisconsin original) and white Cheddar, this delectable spread is best served on crackers, your favorite sandwich or grilled cheese.

The rich, nutty flavor of Widmer’s Cheese Cellars 4-Year Cheddar becomes increasingly sharp and smooth as it ages. The texture of the cheese also becomes more granular and crumbly. Widmer’s 4-Year Cheddar is delicious as a snack but also amazing for shredding into casseroles, soups or sauces or melting in a grilled cheese sandwich.

Produced in Thorpe, Wisconsin, by Marieke Penterman, this young Gouda is mild, creamy and aged for only 2-4 months. Because of its young age, it is semisoft with a smooth, buttery mouthfeel. This delicious Gouda is the perfect snacking cheese, but it is also delicious when paired with fruit preserves and fresh bread.
