Tips for Using Fall's Bounty of Apples

The Produce Departments at all of our markets are bursting with a variety of locally grown apples. Besides eating out of hand, apples can be used in many recipes that are classic fall favorites.
Here are a few tips on using apples, as well as some of our favorite recipes. We encourage you to try several varieties and choose those that work best for each application.
