Grilled Steak and Baked Sweet Potatoes
GRILLED RIB-EYE STEAK
Rub rib-eye steaks with Kowalski's North Woods Grill Seasoning. Grill steaks over high heat 10-14 minutes or until steak reaches desired doneness (135° is medium-rare), turning once when dark grill marks form on the first side, then again when grill marks form on the second side and occasionally thereafter. Remove from grill and cover with foil to rest for 5-10 minutes. (Note: Temperature will rise 5° after being removed from the heat; consider your desired final internal temperature when removing meat from the grill.)
BAKED SWEET POTATOES
Heat in the microwave; top with butter and a touch of brown sugar.
FRENCH BREAD SLICES WITH KOWALSKI'S SALSA DI PARMA
Spread French bread slices with Salsa di Parma, available in the Deli Department; broil until bubbly.
GRILLED PINEAPPLE SLICES WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM AND CARAMEL SAUCE
Purchase fresh pineapple slices from the Produce Department; brush with melted butter and grill until softened. Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
