Grilled Steak with Gorgonzola Sauce

GRILLED STEAK WITH GORGONZOLA SAUCE
In a small pan, heat 1 cup white wine with 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbles; cook until creamy and slightly reduced. Serve over your favorite cut of steak hot off the grill.
