Shrimp with Lime, Cilantro and Garlic
SHRIMP WITH LIME, CILANTRO AND GARLIC
Toss grilled shrimp in a mixture of 1 tbsp. fish sauce, zest and juice of 1 lime with chopped cilantro, minced garlic and salt to taste.
Toss fresh spears of asparagus with olive oil and garlic; grill in a grill basket about 10 minutes.
