BLT Panini

BLT PANINI
Brush cut surfaces of ciabatta roll with mayonnaise; layer with fresh mozzarella slices, tomato slices and crisp cooked bacon. Brush outside of roll with olive oil; grill on a panini or George Foreman grill until crisp. Add romaine leaf to sandwich.
