Tilapia with Brown Butter Sauce

TILAPIA WITH BROWN BUTTER SAUCE
Place 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. black pepper in shallow pan. Coat both sides of four tilapia fillets in the flour mixture. Heat 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. canola oil in a sauté pan over medium heat; sauté fillets 2 minutes per side. Remove fillets from pan; add additional tbsp. butter and heat until butter turns brown. Stir in 1 tbsp. lemon juice; pour sauce over fillets.

ARBORIO RICE
Prepare following package directions; stir in snipped fresh parsley.

STEAMED FRESH BROCCOLI
Use a bag of fresh broccoli florets, available in the Produce Department.
