Steak Fajitas

STEAK FAJITAS
Marinate strips of sirloin steak along with Fajita Mixed Vegetables from the Produce Department in World Harbors Fajita Marinade (10 minutes). Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat; stir-fry to desired doneness. Serve with warm tortillas.

SHREDDED LETTUCE, CHOPPED TOMATOES, SOUR CREAM AND GUACAMOLE
Select your favorites and serve as condiments for the fajitas.

Canned black beans are easy to serve.
