ITALIAN EYE OF ROUND ROAST
Beef is wrapped around a slice of provolone cheese, prosciutto and spinach, then rolled into a spiral and dredged in Sicilian breadcrumbs. Find it in the Meat Department and bake according to package directions.
For convenience, use the frozen variety.
GARLIC GREEN BEANS
Cook according to package directions; stir in a little olive oil and minced garlic.
