Shrimp Scampi with Fettuccini

SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH FETTUCCINI
Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook 1 1/2 lbs. fresh peeled and deveined shrimp with 2 tbsp. sliced green onion, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley and 2 cloves minced garlic (2-3 minutes). Season with salt; toss with 8 oz. of cooked fettuccine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

FRESH BROCCOLI FLORETS
Purchase fresh or frozen and cook according to package directions.
