SABLE & ROSENFELD OLIVE BRUSCHETTA
This savory blend of olives, carrots, celery, cauliflower, capers, peppers, garlic and herbs is a ready-made solution for quickly turning plain pasta into a meal. Just stir a tablespoon or two into each serving of hot, drained pasta. Find it in the Grocery Department.
ROASTED GARLIC CAULIFLOWER
Toss 3/4" cauliflower florets with a bit of olive oil and a generous amount of roughly chopped garlic; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 450°, until the cauliflower starts to get dark on the edges and is tender when pierced with a fork.
