BROILED RED SNAPPER

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then broil it, skin side down, until it is opaque throughout and flakes easily with a fork. Top your cooked fish with some salsa, dill dip or plain yogurt mixed with a little lemon juice if you like!
