Ravioli Romesco

Head to Italy with this flavorful vegetarian meal – the only thing missing is meat.

RAVIOLI ROMESCO
Process 8 oz. drained roasted red bell peppers, 1/2 oz. fresh basil, 1/4 cup raw skinned almonds, 3 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 cloves garlic and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt in a food processor until well blended but still slightly chunky. Toss with hot prepared ravioli (fresh or frozen).

CAPRESE SALAD
Layer slices of Minnesota-grown tomatoes with our freshly pulled mozzarella and fresh basil leaves; drizzle with Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Look for our fresh mozzarella in the Imported Cheese Case.
