Tropical Grilled Pork

Take a culinary vacation in your kitchen with our tropical take on tonight's dinner.

GRILLED PINEAPPLE PORK
Find our delicious Kowalski's All Natural Pork Tenderloin in the Meat Department. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper. Grill to 145° over medium heat. Remove from grill and cover with foil for 10 minutes while you whisk together a simple glaze of 4 parts Smucker's Pineapple Preserves (or Sweet Orange Marmalade) and 1 part rice vinegar. Heat gently in the microwave just until warmed through. Drizzle glaze over sliced pork.

BROWN RICE
Lundberg Long Grain Brown Rice from the Grocery Department has a nice, nutty flavor. Drizzle with just a little toasted sesame oil to compliment the other flavors in this meal.
