BROILED TROUT
Find Fresh Whole Boneless Rainbow Trout or Fresh Canadian Lake Trout and several other great fresh fish options in the Seafood Department. Trout takes just minutes to cook under your oven's broiler. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then broil it skin-side-down until it is opaque throughout and flakes easily with a fork. Top your cooked fish with some salsa, dill dip or plain yogurt mixed with a little lemon juice if you like!
