Sauté strips of red, yellow and green peppers and onion with a bit of olive oil and minced garlic in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned and softened. Add slices of one of our Signature Smoked Sausages, such as Italian & Mozzarella, and cook until warmed through. You can speed things along buy purchasing our Fajita Mix of precut peppers and onions in the Produce Department.
