Pumpkin Tortelloni with Simple Parmesan Sauce

We're pairing our beloved Pumpkin Tortelloni with a sauce so easy you can make it in one bowl in the microwave – and no, it's not from a jar!

PUMPKIN TORTELLONI WITH SIMPLE PARMESAN SAUCE
Cut an 8 oz. package Neufchâtel cheese into cubes; place in a microwave-safe glass bowl with 3/4 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup Kowalski's Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg. Microwave in 1-minute increments until sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally; season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss with hot cooked pasta. Cook 9 oz. package Kowalski's Fresh Pumpkin Tortelloni in lightly boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, until they float; drain. Toss pasta with sauce and enjoy!
