Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken

SIMPLE GREEK SALAD WITH CHICKEN
Season boneless skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat, turning once, about 10 minutes. Let chicken rest, covered with foil, for 5 minutes before serving to ensure maximum juiciness. Top prewashed mixed greens with grape tomatoes, sliced red onion, cucumber slices, Kalamata olives and tangy feta cheese crumbles and warm grilled chicken; toss with Girard’s Greek Dressing.

GARLIC NAAN

STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC SUNDAE
In a small saucepan, boil 1/2 cup Kowalski's Balsamic Vinegar until reduced to 1/4 cup (3-4 minutes); cool. Add 1 quart sliced berries to the syrup. Divide 1 pint strawberry sorbet among 4 bowls; top with fruit syrup.
