FISH STICK TACOS
Load prepared fish sticks into warmed Kowalski's Flour Tortillas with Kowalski's Shredded Cheese (both from the Dairy Department). Top with Kowalski's Mango Salsa (from the Produce Department), shredded cabbage and a simple dressing made with equal parts mayonnaise, plain Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard with some finely chopped capers, lemon zest and a splash of fresh lemon juice. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
