Chicken and Greens Hoagies

CHICKEN AND GREENS HOAGIES
In a medium sauté pan, warm 3 cups leftover rotisserie chicken, turkey or pork with 1/2 cup stock or broth. Spread hoagie rolls with a simple dressing made with equal parts mayonnaise, plain Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard; season sauce with hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Fill rolls with warm meat and Sautéed Swiss Chard. Top each sandwich with 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese; bake hoagies in a preheated 350° oven until cheese is melted (6-9 minutes).
