Simple Gourmet Pizza

It's Thursday and we feel like pizza – but not just any pizza. We're topping
Manoucher Bread with prosciutto, dates and honey.

ROSEMARY, DATE AND PROSCIUTTO PIZZA
Spread 3 1/2 oz. soft goat cheese on a Manoucher Sesame Seed Bread (available in the Bakery Department) and top with 5 dried, pitted, chopped Medjool dates; 1.5 oz. thinly sliced and chopped prosciutto; and 1 1/2 tsp. finely minced fresh rosemary. Bake in a preheated 425° oven (preferably on a baking stone) until cheese is melted and bubbly (7-9 minutes). To serve, drizzle with 2 1/2 tsp. warm Kowalski's Honey.
