Salmon and Quinoa with Chunky Fruit and Feta Salad
Brush salmon lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill fish, skin side down, over high heat until flaky and fillet measures 125° (10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish).

ground Kowalski's Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns to taste.
Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, if desired.
