Flavored vinegars are popular, but what to pair with which flavor? Here are some ideas and general guidelines:

Great tips from Chef Susan Denzer of Vom Fass Oils, Vinegars & Spices:
- Enhance the flavor of tomato sauce by adding 1-2 tbsp. of vinegar, such as Vom Fass Aceto Balsamico Platinum, in the last 15 min. of simmering.
- Add zip to hamburgers by mixing a splash of Vom Fass Fig Chili Vinegar and ½ tsp. of mustard into your meat before forming patties.
