MAPLE MELON SALAD
Drizzle fresh cut cantaloupe with Maple Vinaigrette, toasted nuts and a few sprigs of fresh watercress. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
MAPLE VINAIGRETTE: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together ¼ cup Kowalski’s Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp. Kowalski’s Pure Maple Syrup and 1 tsp. Dijon mustard. Drizzle in ½ cup Kowalski’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil very slowly, whisking constantly to form an emulsion. Season to taste with freshly ground Kowalski’s Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns.
