Healthy Fish Tacos

TILAPIA TACOS
Sauté tilapia fillets for about 10 minutes in a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a touch of olive oil until opaque, then load up whole wheat tortillas from the Dairy Department. Add Monterey Jack cheese, shredded cabbage or lettuce, Kowalski’s Salsa, red onion, cilantro or other toppings to suit your fancy.
