1 tbsp. Kowalski's Pure Honey
1 tbsp. pepitas
- chipotle chile powder, to taste

Put banana into a large serving dish; top with mango, pineapple and frozen yogurt. Drizzle sundae with honey; sprinkle with pepitas and chile powder.

TROPICAL GRILLED PINEAPPLE DESSERT permalink icon

1 large pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges
Tropical Grilled Pineapple Dessert- coconut or olive oil
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Kowalski's Pure Honey, plus more for
    drizzling if desired
8 tsp. toasted sweetened coconut flakes
8 tsp. roughly chopped macadamia nuts

Lightly brush pineapple wedges with oil. Grill over high heat, covered, until pineapple is nicely charred (about 6 min. per side). In a small mixing bowl, whisk yogurt with honey to taste; set aside. Divide pineapple between 4 serving dishes or plates. Top each serving evenly with yogurt, coconut and nuts; drizzle with honey.

BLACKBERRIES AND STONE FRUITS WITH VANILLA-HONEY SYRUP permalink icon

12 oz. blackberries
2 lbs. stone fruits (such as apricots, nectarines, cherries, plums or combination), pitted, thinly sliced
- Vanilla-Honey Syrup (recipe below), to taste

Blackberries and Stone Fruits with Vanilla-Honey SyrupIn a large serving bowl, toss fruit together; drizzle with Vanilla-Honey Syrup to taste. Serve immediately.

VANILLA-HONEY SYRUP: Place ½ cup water, ¼ cup Kowalski's Pure Honey, ¼ cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla paste in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer until reduced to less than 3/4 cup (about 10 min.). Remove syrup from heat and let cool completely. Store extra syrup at room temperature up to 3 weeks. Use for flavoring yogurt, drizzling on toast, sweetening smoothies, etc.

Serves 8

Good to Know: Find vanilla paste in the Baking Aisle or substitute an equal amount of vanilla extract.

Tuscan Melon and Almonds1 lb. container prepared cantaloupe or
    honeydew melon, or combination
2 tbsp. Vanilla-Honey Syrup (recipe below)
8 tsp. sliced almonds, toasted

Divide melon among 4 serving plates; drizzle with Vanilla-Honey Syrup and garnish with almonds.

VANILLA-HONEY SYRUP: Place ¼ cup water, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. sugar and ½ tsp. vanilla paste in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir to combine.
