Sirloin Steaks and Potatoes

SIRLOIN STEAKS
Try our all natural sirloin steak rubbed with Mrs. Dash. Find it in the Meat Department.

HERB-ROASTED FINGERLING POTATOES
Toss scrubbed, halved (lengthwise) potatoes with a bit of Kowalski’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper and chopped herbs (such as thyme and rosemary). Roast on a baking sheet 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 500° until the potatoes start to get dark on the edges and are tender when pierced with a fork.

ELEGANT BEET SALAD
Top prepared beets (find them in the Produce Department) with chopped Marcona almonds (find them in the Imported Cheese Department), shaved Parmesan cheese, Kowalski’s Balsamic Vinaigrette and frisée. (Also try our recipe for Maple Vinaigrette, online at www.kowalskis.com.)
