Featuring some fresh, easy tastes from our Deli Department and our famous Signature Bratwurst with a summery make-ahead dessert that just screams for a little ice cream, this is the perfect way to celebrate this season of joyful summer tastes!

Don't forget a great beverage! We love locally brewed Rush River Brewing Co. Über Alt. with this menu. It's a German-style spring-summer favorite that's on the lighter side but amped up just enough for beer lovers. This small batch brew is available through July only! Find it in the Wine Shops at our Woodbury, Eagan and Uptown Markets.

4 Kowalski's All Natural Bratwurst
4 Kowalski's Sauerkraut Brat Buns (from the Bakery Department)
- Thousand Island dressing, to taste
1/2 cup Sonoma Brinery Fresh Sauerkraut, approximately
- caraway seeds, to taste

Grill brats directly over heat on a grill preheated to medium-high until cooked through, turning occasionally (about 8 min.). Slice buns; spread dressing on cut sides. Place brats in buns; top with kraut, dressing and caraway seeds. Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
