Life Without Nonstick

Cast Iron SkilletAre you in a love/hate relationship with nonstick cookware? Tammy Hass from Cooks of Crocus Hill will help you break it off forever and move on...to copper, stainless steel and cast iron. This is a basic technique seminar class involving demonstrations using chicken, eggs, vegetables and potstickers.
