It's time to melt away the chill of winter with the tasty delight of fondue! Renee Mart will share basic techniques for sweet and savory fondues as well as preparing mouthwatering bite sized morsels for the plunge. Be it preparing a protein for a dip in some cheese or finding the right chocolate to drench a slice of fruit in, Cooks and Kowalski's has you covered. Planned recipes include: Blue 61 Fondue; Mexican Hot Chocolate Fondue; Classic Fondue and Emmental Fondue with Caramelized Shallots.
