This batch of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey was aged for six years and yielded just 234 bottles. We're excited to carry this private barrel bourbon in all six of Kowalski's Wine & Spirits shops!
Rebel Bourbon is produced in Bardstown, Kentucky, using the original "wheated" bourbon recipe invented in 1849. It's burnished copper in color with warm leather, cocoa and marzipan aromatics. It has a full, round body and layers of caramel, orange peel and nutmeg – heavy baking spice flavors that finish with a warm, velvety feel.
