Fresh Tomato Salsa
- 4 hot peppers, stemmed and seeded, finely minced
- 1 sweet pepper, coarsely chopped
- 12 oz. tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- - juice of 2 limes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- - chopped fresh Italian parsley and cilantro, to taste
- - salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Including the seeds from the hot peppers will result in a spicier salsa.
