Strawberries and Cream Dip
- 2 (16 oz.) cartons organic strawberries, divided
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Organic Valley Organic Neufchatel Cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 (6 oz.) carton Stonyfield Farm Organic Lowfat Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Remove stems and quarter enough strawberries to fill 1 cup. Place quartered strawberries in bowl of food processor; process until puréed. Add cheese cubes and continue processing until smooth. Add yogurt and vanilla processing until combined.
To Serve: Place strawberry cream in serving bowl on center of large plate; arrange strawberries on plate around bowl. Dip strawberries into cream or spoon cream over berries in individual bowls.
