Blue Cheese Spread
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 6 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 3 tbsp. finely minced shallots
- - dash Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
- - rye, flax or multigrain bread, your choice
In a large bowl, beat cheeses, shallots and Tabasco on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with walnuts. Serve with bread.
