Blue Cheese Spread

Ingredients: 
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 6 oz. crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 tbsp. finely minced shallots
  • - dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • - rye, flax or multigrain bread, your choice
Instructions: 

In a large bowl, beat cheeses, shallots and Tabasco on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with walnuts. Serve with bread.
