Blue Cheese Spread

Very Easy
Serves 4

8 oz. softened cream cheese

6 oz. crumbled blue cheese

3 tbsp. finely minced shallots

- dash Tabasco sauce

1/4 cup walnuts, toasted, coarsely chopped

- rye, flax or multigrain bread, your choice


In a large bowl, beat cheeses, shallots and Tabasco on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with walnuts. Serve with bread.
