Three Cheese Spread

Very Easy
Makes 3 1/2 cups
Vegetarian
Ingredients: 
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
  • 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely minced shallots
  • - dash Tabasco
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • - rye, flax or multi grain bread
Instructions: 

In large bowl, beat cheeses, shallots and Tabasco on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into serving bowl; garnish top with walnuts. Serve with triangle shaped wedges of bread of your choice.
