  • 16 dried apricots
  • 3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tsp. Kowalski's Honey
  • 4 tsp. finely chopped shelled pistachios
Instructions: 

Top apricots evenly with blue cheese; drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios.
