Artichokes with Garlic Dip
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. each finely chopped fresh Italian parsley and snipped fresh chives
- 2 tsp. prepared chile sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed to a paste with 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. Kowalski's Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 4 medium artichokes, prepared and cooked
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except artichokes; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve as a dip with artichokes.
