Artichokes with Garlic Dip

Serves 4
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. each finely chopped fresh Italian parsley and snipped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp. prepared chile sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed to a paste with 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Kowalski's Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 medium artichokes, prepared and cooked

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except artichokes; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve as a dip with artichokes.
