Brie with Caramelized Pears
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 wheel Brie cheese, top rind removed
In a large skillet, melt butter; stir in sugar, cooking until sugar melts and turns brown. Gently stir in pear slices; cook until slightly soft. Spoon over Brie; serve immediately.
