Tuscan Goat Cheese Spread

Very Easy
Makes approx. ½ cup
  • 4 oz. soft goat cheese

  • 1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

  • 2 tsp. honey

  • 2 dried mission figs, soaked in hot water for 5 min., drained and finely chopped

  • 2 slices top-quality prosciutto, roughly chopped


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse or mix with an electric mixer until well combined. Serve immediately with crackers or store covered in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
