Avocado Ranch Seven-Layer Dip

Serves 6
  • - Avocado Ranch Dressing

  • 2 oz. crumbled blue cheese

  • 2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 Roma tomato, halved and seeded, chopped

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley

  • - freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

  • - BBQ kettle chips or other potato chips, for serving


Prepare Avocado Ranch Dressing as directed using 1/2 of the buttermilk called for. Spread avocado mixture evenly on a 10-12" rimmed dinner plate or similarly sized serving plate. Layer remaining ingredients one at a time in the order listed. Serve with potato chips.
