Caramelized Onion and Blue Cheese Dip

Serves 12
  • 1 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups chopped yellow onions
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. crème fraîche
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

In a medium skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until butter melts; stir in onions and sugar. Sauté onions until translucent (about 10 min.); cool. In a medium bowl, combine crème fraîche, mayonnaise and cheese; stir in onions.
