Garlic and Onion Dip
1/4 cup roasted garlic
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse or mix with an electric mixer until well combined. Serve immediately with potato chips, crackers or fresh veggies or store covered in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
