Greek 10-Layer Dip

Serves 6
  • 8 oz. Kowalski's Hummus

  • 1/2 cup prepared tzatziki

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 2-3 tbsp. finely chopped red onion, to taste

  • 1/2 oz. finely chopped fresh mint

  • 1/2 oz. finely chopped fresh Italian parsley

  • 3 oz. crumbled feta cheese

  • 1-2 tsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste

  • 1/4 lemon, in a wedge

  • - freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

  • - pita chips, for serving


Spread hummus evenly on a 10-12" rimmed dinner plate or similarly sized serving platter; spread tzatziki on top. Layer next 5 ingredients (through cheese) one at a time in the order listed. Drizzle with oil; squeeze lemon wedge over the plate. Garnish with black pepper. Serve with pita chips.
